How a referral works

Send the family to us. Point them to our booking page, or email summer@safehavenadvisors.net with the family's contact information and a line about the situation. Please get the family's permission before sharing their details.

We respond the same business day. The family gets a free discovery call with Summer, and the CareFit Method begins: assess, match, move-in.

We close the loop. With the family's permission, we let you know where things landed, so your plan and ours stay aligned.
What you should know about how we are paid
Our service is free for families who move into a community in our network. That community pays our fee. We never charge hospitals, rehabs, therapists, attorneys or any other referral source, and we never pay anyone for a referral. Families are free to choose any community, including ones we did not present. Families who want our help with communities outside our network, such as continuing care retirement communities, can engage us directly for a fee we agree on before any work starts.
